Automatic layout
A wizard detects the room through the architectural link. You choose the systems — cold water, cold + hot water, or sanitary — and the mode, wall or floor. Fluxor models the matching system, with the runs connected.

When there is no room to detect, you lead. Pick the fixture, pick the destination, and Fluxor creates the outlet, the drop and the run, applies the slope and connects to the existing pipe. In multiple mode, each new fixture recognises what has already been modeled — washbasin, drain, trapped floor drain, collector, one after another.
Ventilation — stack and loop
On the stack, Fluxor creates the tee in the sanitary line, the rise and the 1% run, and connects to the existing stack. On the loop, it creates the riser, goes above the flood rim of the fixtures and joins the stack with a 45° fitting — the multi-storey case nobody enjoys doing by hand.
Adjust sanitary system
Recalculate the slope from an anchor, move the pipe to another elevation, or do both in one action. The network moves; the dishes stay still. The toilet, drain and sink remain in place and the connections do not come loose.
Bypass beam
Creates physical deviations at 45° in the plumbs to contour the beams, automatically. Compatibility between hydraulics and structure is no longer a matter of manual remodeling.

Fluxor Views
Creates and standardizes batch views: levels, view types, duplications, templates, discipline, phases and naming tokens. The configuration becomes JSON and you can reuse it in the next project.
Fluxor Sheets
Takes the views Fluxor Views has just created — or the ones already in your project — and assembles the sheets: distribution across sheets, choice of title block, numbering and a proportional preview of the placement.
Fluxor Plot
Exports the batch in four steps — sheets, formats, naming, processing. Outputs PDF, DWG, DGN, DWF and image, and also exports the model to IFC and NWC. Paper size comes from each sheet title block, and Fluxor checks for name collisions before it starts.
Fluxor Tables
The path between the model and the spreadsheet, in both directions. Revit → Excel takes the tables and electrical panel tables to .xlsx, with the tabs organized. Excel → Revit it does the opposite: you open the spreadsheet, drag on the preview to choose the region and it becomes a table within the project — calculation memorial, sizing, gauge summary.

You publish a 3D view straight from Revit and get a link and a QR code. The QR goes on the sheet; the client, the site foreman or the inspector points a phone at it and navigates the model in the browser, with nothing to install.
Follows the view model
The published 3D follows the view model of the source view — visibility, filters and replacements. What you have already configured in Revit is what the client sees. There is nothing to configure outside of Revit.
Model annotations
Mark points on the model and write a description of each one. Whoever opens the link sees the numbered markers and reads what you wrote, without needing you on the call.
Customizable QR code
Size on the sheet, logo in the centre, text, font, style and alignment — all inside the plugin, with a preview before generating. The code comes out ready and goes straight onto the sheet.

What people ask before subscribing.
Does it work in my version of Revit?
Fluxor runs on Revit 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026 and 2027. The five versions are maintained in parallel and receive the same updates.
What exactly is free?
Four documentation tools: Fluxor Views, Fluxor Sheets, Fluxor Plot and Fluxor Tables. No deadline, no project limit, no credit card. It's not a trial version — it's free forever.
What is paid for is the Hydrosanitary module (network modeling) and Fluxor IA. They appear on the ribbon locked, so you can see what is there.
In what formats does Fluxor Plot export?
Sheets in PDF, DWG, DGN, DWF and image. The whole model in IFC and NWC — for those two the file covers the model, not each sheet.
To generate a single DWG with everything in one file, you only need to have AutoCAD installed. For IFC, the Revit exporter needs to be available.
Does Fluxor Views organize the Project Browser into folders?
It creates and names the views following the tokens you define, which already resolves the organization by naming. Creating a folder in the Browser is not possible: the Revit API does not expose the organization scheme to any plugin.
Do I need to change my template or my families?
No. Fluxor runs on any Revit template, whether yours or your office's. You point out, in the Registry, which families in your model play each role — vase, drain, register. There is no family that owns it and you are not tied to one of our libraries.
If I cancel, will I lose everything?
No. The four free tools continue to work after cancellation. You only lose access to the module that was paid for.
The subscription is managed by Cakto, and cancellation is done there, in your account, without needing to speak to anyone.
Can I test before paying?
Install Fluxor Free today, card-free, and use the documentation tools as much as you want. For paid modules, there is a 14-day guarantee: if it doesn't work, we will refund 100% of the value.
How does Fluxor IA work? Does it already come with artificial intelligence?
It doesn't come. Fluxor AI is the bridge between Revit and an AI assistant you already use — it exposes more than 200 Revit tools via a protocol called MCP, and the assistant triggers them when you ask.
For now, you need to have a compatible AI client installed on your computer. It is from a third party and is not included in the subscription.
Will the AI change my model without me seeing it?
No. Confirmation is turned on by default: before any change to the model, an authorization request appears showing what will be done and which tool will do it. There is also a read-only mode and a blocking of dangerous commands.
Do I need to know how to program?
No. Tools are buttons on the Revit ribbon. In the case of Fluxor IA, the connection is configured once and then just chat in Portuguese.
How many computers can I install on?
As many as you want. The subscription allows for one computer in use at a time — close Revit on one to free up the other. The vacancy also drops by itself within an hour.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. That's why we ask for CPF or CNPJ when registering. The address is optional: if it is not provided, the note is issued to Fluxor's address.
What is Fluxor Visor and when does it come out?
It publishes a Revit 3D view to the browser, with a link and a QR code to place on the sheet. It is in beta: is not part of any plan today and has no delivery date.
Anyone who subscribes to the annual cycle — Hidrossanitário or Fluxor IA — enters the beta and tests first.
