Automatic layout
Select the room, from the architectural link or from the model itself, or draw the area on the plan. Choose the systems (cold water, cold water + hot water, sanitary) and the mode, through the wall or the floor. Fluxor models the system and delivers everything connected.

When there is no room, you lead. Select the fixtures and the destination of each branch: Fluxor creates the outlet, the drop and the branch with the slope the standard requires, and connects to the existing pipe. Each new fixture sees what has already been modeled: washbasin, drain, trapped floor drain, one after another.
Venting — Vent stack, Loop vent and Soil stack
From the sanitary branch to the vent stack, existing or created on the spot: Fluxor creates the tee or wye, the rise and the run at 1% slope up to the stack. It also connects above the flood rim of the fixtures with a 45° wye and vents the soil stack of multi-storey buildings.
Adjust sanitary system
Adjusts the slope from the end point of the system, moves the piping to another elevation or does both in a single action. The system moves; the fixtures stay put. Toilet, drain and sink stay in place and the connections do not come loose.
Bypass beam
Finds where vertical piping hits a beam, lists each clash and offsets around it with one click, at the angle you choose. Coordination with the structure stops being manual remodeling.
Fluxor Works
38 ready-made assemblies in one panel, each with a drawing of the result: create a stack, 45° wyes, cleanout, trap, align, connect, rotate a run and split pipes into stock lengths. Click the figure, click the pipes and the assembly comes out connected.
Registration
Tell it once which families in your template play each role: toilet, drain, trapped floor drain, shutoff valve. Autodetect recognizes most of them on its own, and the missing fixtures come from the Fluxor Library.

Fluxor Views
Creates the views for every level all at once: floor plans, ceiling plans, 3D and duplicates of any view, with view template, discipline and name in your office standard. The setup becomes a profile and comes back on the next project.
Fluxor Sheets
Takes the views Fluxor Views created, or the ones already in your project, and assembles the sheets: layout on the sheet, title block choice, numbering and a preview with your actual title block before anything is created.
Fluxor Plot
Exports every sheet all at once, in four steps: selection, formats, file name and processing. Outputs PDF, DWG, DGN, DWF, image and XML, and also exports the model to IFC and NWC. Paper size comes from the title block of each sheet, and Fluxor warns you about duplicate names or open files before it starts.
Fluxor Tables
The path between the model and the spreadsheet, in both directions. Revit → Excel takes schedules and panel schedules to Excel, with the tabs organized. Excel → Revit it does the opposite: you open the spreadsheet, drag on the preview to choose the region and it becomes a table within the project — calculation memorial, sizing, gauge summary.

You publish a 3D view straight from Revit and get a link and a QR Code. The QR Code goes on the sheet; the client, the site foreman or the inspector opens it on a phone and navigates the model in the browser, with nothing to install.
Follows the view model
The published 3D shows what is visible in the source view and, if you want, the filter colors. What you have already set up in Revit is what the client sees. There is nothing to configure outside Revit.
Model annotations
Mark points on the model and write a description of each one. Whoever opens the link sees the numbered markers and reads what you wrote, without needing you on the call.
Customizable QR code
Size on the sheet, logo in the centre, text, font, style and alignment — all inside the plugin, with a preview before generating. The code comes out ready and goes straight onto the sheet.
Clickable in the PDF, not only scannable
In the exported PDF, the QR Code and the text beside it are a link. Whoever is at the computer clicks and the model opens; whoever is on site uses a phone. And if the model changes, publish again: the link stays the same and the QR Code already printed opens the corrected version.

Does it work in my version of Revit?
Fluxor runs on Revit 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026 and 2027. The five versions are maintained in parallel and receive the same updates.
What exactly is free?
Four documentation tools: Fluxor Views, Fluxor Sheets, Fluxor Plot and Fluxor Tables. No time limit, no project limit, no credit card. It is not a trial version: it is Fluxor Documentation, free with no time limit.
What is paid is Fluxor Plumbing (the system modeling) and Fluxor AI. They appear on the Fluxor tab, locked, so you can see what is there.
In what formats does Fluxor Plot export?
Sheets in PDF, DWG, DGN, DWF, image and XML (with the sheet parameters). The whole model in IFC and NWC; for those two the file covers the model, not each sheet.
To generate a single DWG with everything in one file, you need AutoCAD installed. For NWC, the free Navisworks Exporter from Autodesk.
Does Fluxor Views organize the Project Browser into folders?
Yes. Besides naming the views in the pattern you define, Fluxor Views can install its own browser organization in the project, with up to three folder levels, without touching the organization your office uses. To turn it on, the Activate in Revit button opens the right window.
Do I need to change my template or my families?
No. Fluxor runs on your template or on your office template. In Registration, you tell it which families play each role: toilet, drain, trapped floor drain, shutoff valve. Autodetect already recognizes most of them on its own, and you are not tied to a library of ours.
If I cancel, will I lose everything?
No. The four free tools keep working after you cancel. You only lose access to the product you were paying for.

How does Fluxor IA work? Does it already come with artificial intelligence?
No, it does not. Fluxor AI connects Revit to an AI assistant you already use, such as Claude or ChatGPT, and gives it more than 300 Revit tools. The assistant uses them when you ask.
You need the assistant app installed on your computer; the browser version does not connect. The assistant is third-party and is not included in the subscription.
Will the AI change my model without me seeing it?
No. Confirmation is on by default: before any change to the model, an authorization request shows what will be done and which tool will do it. There is also the Read only option, plus a block on dangerous commands.
Do I need to know how to program?
No. The tools are buttons on the Fluxor tab in Revit. With Fluxor AI, the connection is set up once and then you just talk to it in plain English.
How many computers can I install on?
As many as you want. The subscription allows for one computer in use at a time — close Revit on one to free up the other. The vacancy also drops by itself within an hour.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. The CPF or CNPJ for the invoice is requested at the payment step, by Cakto — we do not ask for it at sign-up. The address is optional: if it is not provided, the invoice is issued to the Fluxor address.
What is Fluxor Visor and who has access?
It publishes a Revit 3D view to the browser, with a link and a QR Code to place on the sheet. It is in Beta and is included in the annual plan of Fluxor Plumbing or Fluxor AI, at no extra cost.
Like any Beta, it keeps getting adjustments with every release.
